Where to Apply for a Visa?
If you are a citizen of India, your visa requirements for visiting Finland and Iceland vary depending on your nationality. Generally, Indian nationals need a valid passport to travel to Finland and Iceland. Citizens of the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan and Lebanon may also need a visa if they are travelling to Finland for tourism purposes only. Alternatives to Visas

The National Visa Application Centre (NVAC) in India can also issue visas on a biometric basis. This process requires applicants to provide their fingerprints and photographs, as well as other documentation required for a visa application. The processing time for a biometric visa is five to six weeks, but this time can be extended if required. The cost of a biometric visa is €60 and it is valid for six months.
